About the role
- Senior Okta Engineer (SME) for IAM initiatives. Design and implement secure identity frameworks across applications, APIs, and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead Okta-based authentication & authorization design (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management). Build and enforce RBAC/ABAC security models. Secure APIs and microservices with modern identity standards. Integrate IAM into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows. Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on secure-by-design systems. Act as an IAM SME across enterprise initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Okta experience (SSO, MFA, Universal Directory). Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, LDAP. Experience with RBAC / ABAC design. IAM integration with APIs and microservices. Familiarity with Terraform / Ansible (IaC). CI/CD and DevSecOps experience. French language proficiency (required).
