Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of strategic cybersecurity programs aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of cybersecurity portfolios with budgets exceeding eight figures. Partner with senior executives to translate enterprise objectives into actionable cybersecurity initiatives. Develop and maintain frameworks, processes, and dashboards to track portfolio performance and support data-driven decision-making. Manage interdependencies across multiple projects, mitigate risks, and allocate resources efficiently. Design executive-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and strategic insights. Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and influence outcomes. Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats to proactively adapt strategies. Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. Promote diversity and inclusion through leadership practices, talent development, and fostering a psychologically safe environment.
Requirements
10+ years of experience managing large portfolios within consulting firms or major banking institutions. Proven ability to communicate effectively with AVP, VP, and C-level executives. Extensive experience managing budgets with profit and loss responsibility. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of simplifying complex concepts. Ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments and adapt to shifting priorities. Demonstrated experience in developing strategic roadmaps, performance metrics, and operational efficiencies. Skilled in stakeholder management across diverse teams and organizational levels.
