About the role
- Seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer with 7–10 years of Security Operations experience to design and optimize SecOps solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow SecOps modules including Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence. Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and integrations. Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection platforms, and third-party security solutions. Automate security operations processes and incident remediation workflows. Collaborate with Security Operations, Infrastructure, and Development teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Configure and maintain CMDB, Service Catalogs, and related ServiceNow modules. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support. Participate in platform upgrades, patching activities, and performance optimization. Create technical documentation and ensure adherence to security best practices.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of overall Security Operations experience. Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps solutions. Expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence, CMDB and Discovery. Strong ServiceNow development experience including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations. Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Tenable, Qualys, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender. Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
