About the role
- Provide L2/L3 support for Capital Markets Treasury Payments apps on HP Non-stop. Perform development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ATLAS applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for critical Capital Markets Treasury Payments Processing, Settlement, and Reconciliation applications running on HP Non-stop platforms. Perform hands-on development, enhancement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ATLAS applications. Ensure stability, availability, and performance of business-critical transaction processing systems. Analyze and resolve production incidents, service disruptions, and application performance issues within SLAs. Collaborate with business users, operations teams, architects, and engineering teams. Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Support application deployments, releases, and environment upgrades. Administer HP NonStop systems, manage databases, support communications middleware, implement monitoring and automation, ensure security compliance, and participate in on-call support.
