Responsibilities
Prepare and deploy laptops, workstations, monitors, and peripherals; support employee onboarding and offboarding; coordinate mobile device and phone provisioning; perform workstation setup, deployment, refreshes, and replacements; manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and documentation; coordinate device recycling and disposal; maintain organized inventory and storage areas; assist with server room organization and cleanup; perform basic hardware troubleshooting and triage; escalate complex technical issues to internal IT teams; maintain accurate asset records and deployment documentation; support a mixed Mac and Windows environment; work with technologies including Okta, Intune, Slack Connect, and asset management platforms.
Requirements
3+ years of desktop support, workplace technology, or endpoint deployment experience; strong hardware deployment and asset management experience; experience supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes; familiarity with identity and endpoint management platforms; strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; excellent communication and customer service skills; experience supporting Mac environments is a strong asset.
