About the role
- Nurse Practitioner providing high-quality virtual care to patients in HIV prevention. Working with Clinical Operations teams and focusing on patient experience through telemedicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients through our virtual care platform;
- Order lab tests and review the results;
- Patient charting in EMR;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the patient experience.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing, advanced practice option, and a complimentary diploma in primary care.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in primary care;
- Intermediate communication skills in French and English, both oral and written
- Must be licensed in Quebec
- Experience working in HIV prevention and/or with the LGBTQ2S+ community.
