Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
  • Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluation to improve sales performance
  • Handle objections and concerns logically to close sales calls
  • Support key stakeholders' needs to build trusted relationships
  • Execute a call plan to optimize coverage of key customers
  • Build understanding of customer and patient needs, territory landscape, and competitors
  • Share market intelligence information with team members
  • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with healthcare providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or equivalent
  • Minimum of three to five years in a Specialty Sales role with a strong clinical background within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Established relationships with existing hematology HCP targets in territory
  • In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge in hematology-oncology
  • Hospital network skills are critical
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be fluent in English and French, both verbal and written
  • Position requires evening/weekend work from time to time, including overnight travel
