Responsibilities
Build and scale features that power Achievers Celebrate™, a platform designed to help organizations celebrate the moments that matter and never miss employee milestones.
You’ll contribute to systems that automate service awards, enable personalized celebration cards, and support recognition across onboarding, anniversaries, and key career moments.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Achievers, you are a force multiplier. You possess an AI-first mentality: you actively leverage modern AI tools to accelerate your workflow, and you are excited about integrating intelligent, generative features into the UI/UX.
You care deeply about accessibility (WCAG), elegant architecture, and solving complex problems at scale.

Requirements
5+ years of relevant professional frontend software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications at scale.
The AI Workflow Advantage: you have a strong, demonstrated habit of utilizing AI tools (such as Claude and GCP Gemini Code Assist) throughout the SDLC to drastically improve your velocity, code quality, and overall daily developer workflow.
Frontend Mastery: advanced professional experience with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and state management and a commitment to building inclusive software. Experience designing and scaling micro frontend architectures is a massive plus.
Agile Communicator: excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Quality Focused: strong advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD). Extensive experience with modern unit testing and UI/E2E testing frameworks.
Polyglot Mindset: excellent programming skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate other languages in our stack (Python, Go) when needed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent real-world experience.
