- Copy background is strongly preferred
- Strong conceptual design skills: you’re obsessed with how an idea come to life in store and how it translates to out of store
- Commerce/retail experience is a must, traditional experience is a plus
- Ability to lead a team and translate concepts into in-store executions following best-practices
- Great hang – willing collaborator & creative community member
- Culture enthusiast with deep tentacles and interests in fashion, food, music, pop-culture, etc.
