About the role

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines alongside your team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues while demonstrating strong self-management.
- Work on construction and installation projects, overseeing the full lifecycle of turbines.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months with a Wind Energy Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to best practices.
- Ability to work well in teams and thrive in collaborative environments.
- Good physical fitness, comfortable working in varied conditions and at heights.
- Ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in French and English.
- High school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and legal authorization to work in Canada without current or future sponsorship.
