About the role
- Founding Solutions Consultant enabling Adverity's expansion into Canada by partnering with Account Executives. Mapping technical solutions and leading executive pitching to maximize value for clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AEs to navigate both Canada’s largest enterprises and high-growth SMB accounts.
- Map Adverity’s capabilities to the prospect’s existing tech stack.
- Lead the strategy for and execute technical evaluations.
- Act as the subject matter expert, translating complex data workflows into clear, value-based narratives.
- As a founding member, you will help develop the "Canadian Playbook."
Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Consulting
- Extensive experience in Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering, specifically within the Canadian Enterprise SaaS landscape.
- A deep understanding of the Marketing Data & Analytics ecosystem (ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, Marketing Intelligence, and the evolving MarTech stack).
- Proven experience with methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale, with a focus on optimizing for conversion and business value.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to command a room of senior stakeholders (CMOs, VPs of Analytics, CTOs).
