Responsibilities

  • Respond to and process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally, even under stress
  • Dispatch the appropriate authorities and verify that assistance is on the way
  • Accurately document all responses to received signals
  • Use multiple computer systems effectively
  • Participate in ongoing training for your professional development

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) required
  • 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience (an asset)
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Available to work one weekend day per week or every other weekend, as well as statutory holidays
  • Ability to complete and pass a paid 3-week training program
  • Minimum 6-month commitment
  • Successful criminal background check
  • Resident of Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada
