About the role
- Senior Power Platform Developer designing and implementing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform at AIM. Focused on delivering scalable business applications, automating workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Build and manage Power Automate workflows and business process automation
- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Dataverse and connectors
- Translate business requirements into technical design and system architecture
- Implement enterprise-grade solutions following best practices for scalability, security, and performance
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft Power Platform governance and standards
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Integrate with Azure services and third-party APIs and enterprise systems
- Manage and optimize data models, entities, and data flows within Dataverse
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes using Power Automate and AI Builder
- Improve operational efficiency through workflow optimization and digital transformation initiatives
- Support user adoption and provide technical guidance where needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Support solution enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance
- Continuously optimize performance and user experience
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and solution designs
- Adhere to governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in application development and enterprise solutions
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform implementations
- Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Strong expertise in Power Automate
- Strong expertise in Power BI (basic to intermediate)
- Strong expertise in Dataverse
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with Azure services and APIs
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations
- Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM)
- Understanding of security roles and governance within Power Platform
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote and cross-functional environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance
