About the role

- Monitor fraud detection and mitigate risks associated with bad actors
- Verify all relevant facts and evidence to determine case outcomes
- Provide ongoing education and guidance to users about our AirCover products
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and third-party claims administrators
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a fintech or customer experience role
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus (e.g., French, German, Spanish)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex customer issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
