About the role

  • Claims Experience Specialist providing exceptional support for Airbnb users managing claims. Building long-lasting interactions and enhancing user experience throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, investigate, and resolve claims submitted for our AirCover products
  • Monitor fraud detection and mitigate risks associated with bad actors
  • Verify all relevant facts and evidence to determine case outcomes
  • Provide ongoing education and guidance to users about our AirCover products
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and third-party claims administrators

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a fintech or customer experience role
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus (e.g., French, German, Spanish)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex customer issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
