About the role

  • Senior Product Manager helping Aligned accelerate startups through subscription-based product and engineering teams. Leading roadmaps, technical delivery, client collaboration, and product-market fit improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the Squad, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps using client feedback, market trends, and data-driven insights
  • Write technical specifications for developers and maintain internal documentation of product releases
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Analyze product performance metrics to drive iterative improvements and product-market fit
  • Help with technical tickets and manually QA recent releases
  • Investigate customer challenges and explore creative solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to discover and deliver solutions to market

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Product Manager experience
  • Proven success bringing a product from concept through delivery/deployment while leading a talented technical team
  • Strong UI/UX design sensibility
  • Proven ability to meet or beat deadlines while maintaining superior quality and delivery against customer specifications
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail, follow-up, and time management
  • Ability to execute at a detailed level while aligning with the big picture
  • Experience managing a remote and diverse product development/design team
  • Passion for excellence, curiosity, and sharing knowledge with the team
  • A degree is not required
  • Candidate must be within the US, Mexico, Canada, or South America and able to work in the PST time zone or close to it
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States, Canada, or Mexico is requested in the application
