- Senior Product Manager improving courier profile, account, and compliance systems at Just Eat Takeaway.com. Defining product strategy and partnering with engineering across Canada and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Lead the product life cycle from identifying opportunities to ensuring flawless go-to-market
- Conduct product discovery in collaboration with Design, UXR and Tech
- Define requirements and releases with the engineering team
- Communicate and collaborate proactively with stakeholders
- Report on team progress towards goals, manage expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Set goals for the team to improve KPIs
- Ensure high quality and compliance for couriers’ data and accounts
- Support Profile, Compliance and Engagement teams by ensuring regulatory compliance, elevating courier experience and eliminating unnecessary manual tasks
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Product Owner or Senior Product Manager in Agile software development teams
- Proven ability to partner with engineering to critically evaluate technical solutions and trade-offs
- Effective communication of complex matters and requirements to non-domain experts in a clear, simple and concise way
- Solution-oriented and practical mindset
- Proactive approach to optimising processes and products
- Experience embedding regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security standards directly into core platform services
- Proven track record of managing the platform as a product to support other teams
- Experience with event-driven microservice architectures and modular UI engineering is a plus
