About the role

  • Auto Claims Advisor investigating coverage, liability, and complex automobile claims for Allstate Canada. Settling claims and coordinating with customers, repair providers, insurers, and law enforcement.

Responsibilities

  • Review insurance policies and coverages
  • Investigate complex automobile claims, including impaired, unlisted operator, or non-drivable claims
  • Determine coverage and liability
  • Settle claims according to organizational policies and practices
  • Collaborate with customers, service suppliers such as towing companies and repair shops, other insurance companies, and law enforcement

Requirements

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience
  • Previous auto adjuster experience preferred
  • Knowledge of understanding and interpreting policies
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
  • CIP enrollment or willingness to enroll is a bonus qualification
  • Fluency in other languages is a strong asset
