Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients and internal staff to resolve issues
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure an exceptional experience
Demonstrate excellent self-management skills and follow up on tasks
Produce clear, professional technical documentation for clients and internal staff
Handle remote and on-site support tickets for workstations, printers, and end-user support
Perform break/fix repairs
Provide on-site support as required
Deploy RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management)
Prepare workstations in the workshop
Manage tickets independently and follow up on additional requests
Deliver exemplary documentation and communication
Take on escalations from lower support levels
Demonstrate a strong sense of duty to ensure issues are resolved and clients are fully satisfied
Perform post-resolution follow-ups with users and team members as needed
Participate in team support outside regular business hours
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science or college diploma in Computer Systems Technology, with a minimum of one (1) year of field experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
Knowledge of implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the following: VPNs, routers, firewalls, switches, wireless networks, Microsoft servers, SAN, MS Exchange, Terminal Server services, Active Directory, virtualization, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and data backup
