Responsibilities
Support end-to-end implementation delivery for assigned customers, from kickoff through go-live
Develop and manage implementation schedules, resourcing plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate internal teams (Implementation, Integration, Engineering, GTM, etc) and external stakeholders
Act as the primary point of escalation for implementation issues and customer concerns
Report on key implementation metrics and provide insights on trends, risks, and capacity
Configure and validate customer platform set-up to ensure readiness and quality standards
Identify, document, and drive implementation process improvements across the team
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with a high degree of quality and customer satisfaction
Support continuous improvement of onboarding and expansion playbooks
Requirements
Proven experience leading SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders
Strong ability to manage priorities, risks, and tradeoffs in fast-paced environments
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with field operations, engineers, and executive stakeholders
Experience driving process improvements or operational change considered a strong asset
Experience in oil and gas or industrial environments considered an asset
Familiarity with scheduling and project management software; Familiarity with Hubspot would be considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make judgment calls.
