About the role
- Project Coordinator at Ambyint supporting onboarding and expansion projects for SaaS customers. Managing timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation delivery for assigned customers, from kickoff through go-live
- Develop and manage implementation schedules, resourcing plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate internal teams (Implementation, Integration, Engineering, GTM, etc) and external stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of escalation for implementation issues and customer concerns
- Report on key implementation metrics and provide insights on trends, risks, and capacity
- Configure and validate customer platform set-up to ensure readiness and quality standards
- Identify, document, and drive implementation process improvements across the team
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with a high degree of quality and customer satisfaction
- Support continuous improvement of onboarding and expansion playbooks
Requirements
- Proven experience leading SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to manage priorities, risks, and tradeoffs in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with field operations, engineers, and executive stakeholders
- Experience driving process improvements or operational change considered a strong asset
- Experience in oil and gas or industrial environments considered an asset
- Familiarity with scheduling and project management software; Familiarity with Hubspot would be considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make judgment calls.
