- Senior Product Manager owning Andela's Talent Cloud platform for global remote technical talent. Driving roadmap, analytics, quality, operations, and AI integration.
Responsibilities
- Own the Andela Talent Cloud platform day to day
- Prioritize needs across client, operational, and talent users
- Close feature gaps and reduce off-platform workarounds and running costs
- Build and maintain product metrics and funnels
- Use analytics to guide product decisions and identify issues proactively
- Partner deeply with operations stakeholders to identify priorities
- Collaborate with engineering to maintain a high quality bar
- Manage customer-facing product communications
- Guide effective AI integration into product development and user-facing features
- Own prioritization, feature development, roadmap, metrics, and platform quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Clear track record of owning a product and shipping things that drive measurable value
- Experience managing a system where operations teams are the core users and failures had real business consequences
- Experience at a company with at least $50M revenue range is a strong signal
- Deep curiosity about AI's impact on the industry
- Hands-on use of modern AI tooling in personal workflow
- Ability to follow and reason about the evolving AI space
- Initiative and end-to-end ownership of problems
- Cross-functional leadership and relationship-building ability
- Ability to ask detailed, insightful questions to surface underlying requirements
- At least 6 hours of daily overlap with US West Coast hours (8 AM–2 PM PT)
- ATS/recruiting/staffing-tech platform experience is nice to have
- Assessment, training, or learning systems experience is nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools or agentic workflows is nice to have
