About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, effective project management, and strong communication and collaboration.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to develop project objectives and establish protocols.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to influence decision-making and guide technical decisions.
  • Support business development by contributing technical expertise to proposals and bids.
  • Monitor project scopes, schedules, and budgets; provide regular status updates.
  • Stay current with industry trends and support Arcadis’ professional profile.
  • Coach and mentor survey professionals and supervise project work.
  • Travel to construction project sites throughout Ontario; oversee field data collection activities.

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Diploma required; higher education preferred.
  • 5 or more years’ relevant experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • UAV Advanced Pilot License for Ontario.
  • Experience using Total Station with base and rover preferred.
  • Proficiency with geospatial data management tools (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro) preferred.
