- As an Analytics Engineer, Retail Analytics, you play a pivotal role in sculpting the landscape of business intelligence within our dynamic retail environment.
- You will be instrumental in crafting, deploying, and refining sophisticated reports and analytics solutions.
- Your work will significantly impact our vertical retail division’s performance.
- Your mission will involve seamlessly weaving together data analysis and business strategy, serving as a critical bridge that transforms raw data into actionable insights.

- This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, statistics, finance or related field
- You have 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering roles
- You have expert-level proficiency in Power BI development, including semantic modeling, DAX optimization, and performance tuning
- You have strong expertise in data modeling and dimensional design
- You have hands-on experience working with modern data warehouse technologies; Databricks experience is a strong plus
- You have proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- You have experience working on production-grade analytics products or enterprise reporting environments
- You have retail industry experienceYou have exposure to performance optimization, advanced analytics, or scalable semantic-layer design
- You are comfortable working in Agile, cross-functional teams with a product mindset
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
