About the role

  • Field Service Technician maintaining Arjo’s healthcare mobility equipment in Saskatoon. Troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and servicing products at customer care facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and provide preventative maintenance and repair services at healthcare facilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Arjo equipment and products on-site within care facilities
  • Promote and sell Arjo service agreements and products
  • Supervise equipment installation and perform uncrating and assembly services
  • Instruct customer personnel in equipment operation and proper use
  • Assist sales personnel in marketing Arjo equipment through joint calls, in-services, and sales leads
  • Maintain an organized parts inventory in a clean company vehicle
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Support customers by securing the best possible condition for mobility products and solutions

Requirements

  • Postsecondary education in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Field-based electromechanical repair and maintenance experience
  • Face-to-face technical customer service experience
  • Experience selling or promoting service products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to recommend, promote, and sell products and services based on observed client needs
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical repair skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to multiple customer sites, including overnight stays when needed
