About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the civil and structural design process from concept through detailed design
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of civil and structural engineering professionals
- Plan and execute work to meet quality, cost, schedule, and technical requirements
- Coordinate and oversee civil and structural engineering activities for nuclear power plant fundamental design
- Ensure compliance with engineering, quality assurance, contractual, and regulatory requirements
- Support proposal development, resource forecasting, and risk mitigation to maintain safety, quality, and delivery performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineering Designation an asset
- Ability to apply advanced civil/mechanical engineering expertise within large‑scale EPC and nuclear environments
- Proficiency in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Aptitude for interfacing with regulatory authorities
- Ability to work within complex regulatory frameworks, including nuclear, CSA, and NBCC codes and standards
- Proficiency in managing engineering delivery across refurbishment and new‑build projects
