About the role
- Project Manager overseeing engineering services for nuclear projects at AtkinsRéalis. Leading project delivery, team management, and client engagement while ensuring safety and quality across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe delivery of a portfolio of projects to agreed schedule, budget, scope, and quality
- Responsible for the successful technical and commercial delivery of the projects
- Providing bid phase support as a Bid Manager on medium to small projects
- Delivery of project management and contract administration throughout projects life cycle
- Leading the project team – building, motivating, maintaining, coaching, guiding, and developing the team
- Communicating, liaising, and engaging with clients on a project-by-project basis
- Deliver governance arrangements for projects within corporate and business policies
- Manage approved sub-contractor procurement processes
- Cognizant delivery of projects and tasks in accordance with the AtkinsRéalis Values; Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- 5-years project management experience preferable
- Experience in capital assets management project for Nuclear Power Plants
- Experience of working closely with multi-disciplinary design teams
- Ability to understand clients’ requirements
- Aptitude towards work winning through strong service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with sound business acumen and strong risk/commercial awareness
