About the role

  • Project Manager - Marketing orchestrating integrated campaigns for Intact Insurance and belairdirect brands. Collaborating across teams to enhance digital performance and drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and orchestration of integrated, multi-channel campaigns for the Intact Insurance and belairdirect brands, coordinating cross-functional marketing teams (brand, content, digital, CRM, web, analytics, research) through clear governance, timelines, and recurring follow-up rituals.
  • Provide strategic oversight and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities that will help drive brand leadership in prevention, increase website traffic, and boost engagement with our mobile apps.
  • Act as a central point of contact and ensure alignment among internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Corporate Communications, Climate, ESG & Social Impact, Digital, Legal, partners).
  • Implement and maintain a prioritization framework to maximize business impact and team capacity.
  • Monitor performance across each marketing channel and provide recommendations based on learnings to improve the overall strategy.
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends and best practices, as well as competitive initiatives related to prevention.
  • Ensure budget governance: tracking, forecasting, and investment optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and coordinating integrated, cross-functional campaigns, ideally across multiple brands/channels
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in tight timelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, collaborative leadership, and the ability to influence without direct reporting authority
  • Ability to present results and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Goal oriented; continuously seeking new knowledge and ways to achieve excellence
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to develop expertise in prevention and climate adaptation
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
