Responsibilities
Work with customers to define and maintain epics, user stories, and clear, actionable acceptance criteria that reflect customer, technical, and business needs
Collaborate with product managers to align backlog prioritization and sprint planning with product strategy, delivery objectives, and the roadmap
Translate complex requirements into well-defined tasks through close collaboration with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
Ensure backlog refinement and sprint readiness, serving as the primary point of contact for delivery teams on priorities, scope, dependencies, and blockers
Monitor delivery performance and alignment with expected outcomes, using telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback to drive iteration
Identify, manage, and help resolve risks or dependencies that could impact on-time delivery
Champion agile best practices and a "platform-first" mindset by keeping the backlog visible, transparent, and execution-ready
Requirements
More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a closely related product delivery role within Agile software development environments
Knowledge of the AEC industry, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and associated workflows for design, asset data, and lifecycle management
Experience managing or prioritizing a product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and working closely with engineering teams throughout delivery
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software product development lifecycle
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
Experience delivering cloud-based SaaS solutions and using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value when making day-to-day prioritization and scoping decisions.
