About the role
- Senior Product Manager leading the development of AI solutions for Autodesk's AEC industry cloud, Forma. Collaborating with diverse teams to improve design and construction workflows using Generative AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the exploration and development of cutting-edge Generative AI capabilities for the AEC industry cloud, Forma
- Work with AI Researchers, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Developers, and User Experience Researchers
- Define system requirements, set milestones, and lead the exploration of how to apply the latest foundation models and other AI-driven technologies to the AEC domain
- Report to the Senior AI/ML Development Manager in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Solutions Team
- Help the AI researchers and ML engineers prioritize their backlog
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software product management roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing commercially available solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (i.e., Engineering, or Construction)
- Deep understanding of Generative AI and Machine Learning concepts and practices
- Experience managing teams with a collaborative and empowering approach
- Experience engaging with customers, executives, and cross-organizational teams
