Responsibilities
Support multiple teams in adopting agile techniques to align team capacity with their commitments
Coordinate with stakeholders to assess scope and set priorities to successfully deliver features
Facilitate meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and sprint retrospectives), adapting processes as needed to maximize each team's success
Guide refinement and management of the product backlog to consistently deliver business value
Foster a safe, collaborative environment with an emphasis on open discussion and problem-solving
Ensure meeting artifacts are produced and distributed to communicate progress to stakeholders
Lead or participate in improvement initiatives to close gaps between Scrum teams and the broader organization.
Requirements
8+ years in a similar role on large-scale software development projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) for quantitative and qualitative decision-making
Ability to manage expectations and deliver projects with distributed teams
Ability to coach and advocate at multiple levels (i.e., team members, Product Owners, management, etc.)
Strong understanding of Agile theory and the application of Agile practices
Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, Prosci, SAFe (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Bilingual (French/English) (preferred)
Knowledge of DevOps concepts, tools, and best practices (e.g., Jenkins, CI/CD) (preferred)
Knowledge of visual effects (VFX) in film, TV, or AAA games (preferred)
