About the role

  • Senior Agile Coach fostering Agile adoption across teams in a Public Sector Financial organization. Coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners to cultivate high-performing Agile teams.

Responsibilities

  • Foster the adoption of Agile principles and skills across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy.
  • Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and cultivate high-performing, self-organizing teams.
  • Educate and coach teams and leaders on the uptake and adoption of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs.
  • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events.
  • Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change.
  • Develop and manage Agile growth and maturity backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.
  • Deliver training to build Agile capability across the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Agile environments, including enterprise-level coaching and training
  • Proven experience with the Scrum and Kanban Agile frameworks
  • Experience demonstrating servant leadership and guiding mature teams through continuous improvement cycles
