About the role
- Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master responsible for leading software development projects in a Fintech company. Ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with Agile best practices while managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and milestones
- Track and communicate project status, risks, and delivery confidence
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Act as a servant leader, fostering trust, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove team impediments and support teams through delivery challenges
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, IT Solutions, and Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, leading software development projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- PMP or Agile-related certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
