Responsibilities
Transform Product Managers' high-level epics and requirements into clear, actionable, and well-defined user stories for engineering.
Lead and facilitate prioritization discussions with project leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment on roadmap expectations.
Refine your own backlog: ensure all stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) before sprint planning to guarantee readiness criteria are satisfied.
Maintain backlog hygiene, including tracking dependencies, validating tickets, and cleaning up stories.
Monitor product operations in service delivery and proactively identify risks.
Collaborate with the Product Design & Experience team to review wireframes, flows, and prototypes, ensuring design alignment with requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact during development sprints to clarify requirements, validate scope, and support engineering and QA.
Work with the PM to review, triage, and prioritize bugs based on impact, severity, and release timelines.
Prepare internal sprint demos and help communicate progress across teams.
Prepare and deliver internal product demos after the sprint.
Create and maintain documentation for product workflows, tools, and templates.
Develop product sheets (customer release notes) for each release and train internal teams.
