About the role

Agile coach improving team skills and development processes at a global technology solutions provider. Guiding Scrum Masters and collaborating across multiple teams to foster Agile practices.

Responsibilities

Act as a coach and mentor to development teams and the management team;
Support Scrum Masters to help them master their role;
Assist teams in applying Agile methodology to projects;
Act as a facilitator by helping to foster communication between the various stakeholders in a project or organization;
Stay at the cutting edge of Agile development practices and promote their use.

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
Scrum certification or other relevant certifications;
Perfect command of Agile processes, including Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban, and application in concrete experiences;
Significant proven experience in implementing the Agile method;
Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools (Confluence, Jira, Advanced Roadmaps);
Ability to evolve in highly strategic projects;
Ability to work with different teams (multi-project);
Presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.

English: Advanced
Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
