About the role
- Senior Software Engineer in Test delivering automation for Autodesk cloud services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and stability in AEC products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and other SET teams to establish processes that ensure the delivery of high-quality backend and user interface software
- Design and implement automated test suites
- Collaborate with team members to implement, deploy, and maintain automated test pipelines
- Help the team assess the risk, quality, and/or stability of individual stories, initiatives, and sprints
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies for requirements gathering, test planning, test execution, and progress reporting
- Work in partnership with experienced engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in the software industry
- Design and development of test automation suites for cloud services
- Familiarity with Blazemeter, JMeter, Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber JVM, Postman, Wiremock, Rest Assured, Pact, BurpSuite
- Programming experience in languages such as Java, C#, Python, and/or JavaScript
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong logical reasoning skills
- Experience working on a Scrum team
