About the role

  • Agent service à la clientèle pour le soutien d’une assurance collective. Offrir un service personnalisé et collaborer avec des professionnels de la santé.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly customer experience and personalized service
  • Process and validate group insurance benefit claims
  • Collaborate with our vendors and healthcare professionals (pharmacists, dentists and others) to gather all necessary information for a benefit claim
  • Contribute to various challenging projects that value your expertise

Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC)
  • Relevant customer service experience (e.g., call center, healthcare, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
