Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, and demonstrate work in an agile environment
- Participate in Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups
- Communicate project status and risks proactively
- Collaborate cross-functionally to find creative solutions to customer-facing issues
- Collaborate in incident and change management processes
- Resolve production issues and support critical applications
- Ensure smooth deployment of front-end changes with minimal disruption to users
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in designing and developing front-end applications
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and performance optimization techniques
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library
