About the role

  • Technical Support Representative role assisting Canadian clients with technology issues remotely. Handling repairs, upgrades, and providing tutorials via phone and chat.

Responsibilities

  • Performing product repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, installations, and other services using remote desktop software
  • Providing tutorials to clients on the proper use of their products
  • Identifying and recommending solutions based on customers’ needs
  • Completing training to continuously improve the client experience

Requirements

  • 1+ years of help desk or technical call centre experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting and/or repairing devices
  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
