Responsibilities
Performing product repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, installations, and other services using remote desktop software
Providing tutorials to clients on the proper use of their products
Identifying and recommending solutions based on customers’ needs
Completing training to continuously improve the client experience
Requirements
1+ years of help desk or technical call centre experience
Experience in troubleshooting and/or repairing devices
Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
Verbal and written proficiency in English
Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
