About the role
- Product Manager improving AI-powered dynamic pricing and recommendations for Beyond’s short-term rental revenue-management SaaS. Owning explainability, engagement, retention, and time-to-value initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Revenue Management team to define and evolve dynamic pricing, translating pricing strategy into algorithm factors and inputs
- Own product work that makes the pricing algorithm explainable through recommendations, explanations, and narratives
- Partner with Engineering within the OBT to define scope, write requirements, and deliver high-quality iterations
- Drive the roadmap for the AI assistant and MCP product using GenAI
- Produce content and recommendations that make the algorithm and data understandable and actionable
- Own the recommendations engine and improve recommendation quality, coverage, and impact
- Define and track metrics for adoption, retention, and time to value
- Translate complex pricing and data concepts into clear requirements, narratives, and priorities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and customer-facing teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with technical, data-rich, or model-driven products
- Experience in a startup and SaaS environment
- Dynamic pricing experience, preferably in short-term rental, hotel, airline, travel, or hospitality
- Ability to work with revenue management, data science, and engineering on quantitative products
- AI-forward mindset and ability to identify valuable GenAI applications
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect product and pricing data to business outcomes
- Clear, direct communication and ability to translate technical concepts into simple narratives in remote collaboration
- Strong cross-functional execution skills
- Experience integrating with Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com is a bonus
- Familiarity with AI assistant, agent, or MCP-based products is a bonus
- SQL familiarity is a bonus
