About the role
- Arabic localization operations specialist supporting product localization and growth initiatives at BingX, a global cryptocurrency exchange. Researching Arabic-speaking markets, competitors, trends, and regulatory developments.
Responsibilities
- Research local market trends in Arabic-speaking regions and propose and support creative growth initiatives
- Improve the Arabic-language product experience by optimizing workflows, event formats, visual design, and content
- Conduct cultural sensitivity reviews to align products with local preferences and enhance user satisfaction
- Assist with local market, product, and user research
- Analyze competitors’ localization strategies and benchmark leading local competitors
- Report on local industry developments, competitor localization efforts, cryptocurrency-sector regulatory changes, and other significant events
- Collaborate with mentors on Arabic-region localization operations tasks
- Support smooth project execution and timely delivery
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker
- Strong English communication skills for effective cross-language collaboration
- Familiarity with Arabic culture and market dynamics
- Basic understanding of or keen interest in Web3 and cryptocurrency concepts
- Proactive and innovative mindset
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to propose creative localization growth ideas
- Availability to work 3–5 days per week
