Solutions Engineer delivering personalized demonstrations translating business challenges into measurable solutions. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver customized demonstrations for Enterprise prospects, translating their business challenges into concrete, measurable solutions;
Actively participate in discovery phases to identify real needs and position Booxi strategically;
Clearly explain our solution's integration capabilities (APIs, connectors, SaaS ecosystem) to both business and technical stakeholders;
Contribute to RFP responses and produce well-structured, persuasive written materials;
Build and maintain effective, reusable demo environments to support the Sales team;
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle and a rigorous handoff to implementation.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering (2 years may be considered if the experience is directly related to Retail Tech)
Proven experience with complex Enterprise sales cycles
Excellent product demo skills and result-oriented storytelling
Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and integration concepts
Comfortable with APIs, tools like Postman, and reading JSON
Excellent written communication skills (RFPs, technical and commercial documents)
Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
Willingness to work regularly from our Montreal office
Comfortable in a loosely structured environment where processes need to be built
Autonomous, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
