About the role
- GTM Engineer building AI agents, Salesforce automation, and pipeline intelligence for ButterflyMX’s smartphone door-access platform. Improving sales productivity, data integrity, and revenue velocity.
Responsibilities
- Own the automation and AI agent infrastructure of the Sales organization
- Build intelligent systems that eliminate manual friction, surface the right accounts and signals, and increase rep and operator leverage
- Build and maintain AI-powered pipeline generation infrastructure, including property trigger monitoring, account and building scoring models, and outreach automation
- Develop and operate role-specific AI agents and prompt templates for post-call summarization, outreach personalization, next-best-action guidance, and deal coaching
- Own prompt engineering and agent reliability infrastructure at scale
- Design and build internal self-serve intelligence and workflow tools for Sales
- Analyze Salesforce data, call transcripts, pipeline patterns, and conversion signals to identify revenue constraints and prioritize automation investments
- Set the automation agenda, measure shipped-work impact, and maintain a continuous improvement loop
- Own the rep-facing natural-language pipeline query interface
- Operate conversational intelligence pipelines that extract Gong signals into CRM fields and surface actionable call insights
- Govern GTM data integrity across Salesforce and the Sales stack
- Ensure activity is accurately reflected in Salesforce and opportunity stages are enforced before forecast pollution occurs
- Detect and resolve account and building ownership conflicts in real time
- Maintain integration and data quality relationships with Business Systems and the Revenue Intelligence Lead
- Operate autonomously as a senior individual contributor, managing an agenda against revenue priorities and delivering working agents at sprint cadence
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents using tools such as Claude, Codex, n8n, Zapier, Replit, or Lovable, with agents that are adopted and actively used
- Working knowledge of LLM orchestration and prompt engineering for GTM workflows
- Experience maintaining prompt libraries and agent reliability in a live production environment
- API and integration experience across core GTM platforms
- Ability to build, debug, and own GTM automations using AI coding tools without software engineering support
- Engineering judgment to identify generated code that is wrong or fragile
- Strong GTM and sales process fluency
- Background in GTM engineering, revenue operations, business systems, or GTM tooling at a B2B SaaS company
- Track record of shipping automation that measurably improves GTM performance
- Experience with direct and channel/partner-led GTM motions, including attribution, conflict detection, and routing logic (preferred)
- Familiarity with property- or building-level account structures and Salesforce data modeling complexity (preferred)
- Experience building automation across multiple sales segments or deal types (preferred)
- Exposure to real estate, PropTech, or construction intelligence platforms (preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
