About the role

  • Diesel automotive technician diagnosing and repairing Cummins and EcoDiesel vehicles at Capital Automotive Group’s Chrysler dealership. Performing maintenance, inspections, and complex diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gas vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance, complex diagnostics, safety inspections, and quality checks
  • Fix vehicles right the first time to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with the service advisor team to maintain shop efficiency and keep jobs moving

Requirements

  • Red Seal Journeyman Technician certification, or equivalent experience
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Specific interest or experience in diesel engines
  • Cummins experience is an asset
  • Chrysler / Stellantis training is an asset but not required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Dependable, safety-conscious attitude
