Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the field service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery for smart energy solutions.
Coordinate and schedule field service activities to optimize resource utilization and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians on complex issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor field service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service supervision or management including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring tools, preferably with large sized teams
Minimum of 3 years managing a unionised team
Valid G drivers license
Post secondary diploma or degree in related field.
Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and work order management systems
Strong technical knowledge of smart energy systems technologies including installing hydro meters.
Experience in smart energy solutions and customer-focused service delivery.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
