- Senior Field Service Supervisor leading field service team to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. Overseeing operations from Orillia, Ontario with focus on smart energy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the field service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery for smart energy solutions.
- Coordinate and schedule field service activities to optimize resource utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians on complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor field service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service supervision or management including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring tools, preferably with large sized teams
- Minimum of 3 years managing a unionised team
- Valid G drivers license
- Post secondary diploma or degree in related field.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and work order management systems
- Strong technical knowledge of smart energy systems technologies including installing hydro meters.
- Experience in smart energy solutions and customer-focused service delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
