About the role
- Senior Product Owner managing the INFO digital product for CBC/Radio-Canada. Collaborating with teams to evolve the product vision and ensuring user-centric development.
Responsibilities
- Identify business needs and requirements.
- Evolve the product vision and roadmap.
- Communicate regularly on progress, challenges and issues with a problem-solving mindset.
- Lead all strategy and planning activities (product discovery), including the definition of key objectives and results, product reviews, design cycles (design sprint), etc.
- Support teams in delivery activities (product delivery).
- Ensure the health and continuous improvement of the team (processes, tools, communication and meeting rituals, etc.).
Requirements
- University degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline
- Seven (7) years of relevant experience in digital product development as Product Manager
- Work experience in Agile environment (Scrum, Jira, etc)
- Strong knowledge with performance measurement tools and A/B testing
- Experience with collaboration and co-creation methods (Design Sprint or other…)
- Knowledge in personalization strategies and tactics is an asset
- Excellent spoken and written French; English an asset to promote collaboration with bilingual teams.
