About the role

  • Client Solutions Partner driving inbound and outbound charter transportation sales for CharterUP’s AI-powered mobility platform. Managing quotes, accounts, repeat bookings, and revenue performance remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Own performance against conversion rates, revenue targets, inbound and outbound activity, repeat bookings, and account growth
  • Manage high volumes of inbound leads and drive outbound reactivation and expansion efforts
  • Create tailored, accurate trip quotes using CharterUP’s proprietary marketplace technology
  • Execute disciplined call patterns and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Build urgency, rapport, and trust while closing through confident communication and assumptive sales techniques
  • Identify high-value accounts, expand relationships, and convert one-time bookings into repeat business
  • Apply call control, objection handling, and active listening to diagnose customer needs and drive efficient bookings
  • Solve problems directly, escalate when needed, and remove roadblocks
  • Use data and judgment to focus on highest-yield opportunities
  • Detect and stop low-value activity to protect revenue
  • Maintain accurate quotes, CRM updates, and call documentation across Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack, and proprietary tools
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership on post-mortems and performance reviews

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles, consistently exceeding performance goals
  • Ability to manage and grow a book of business, expand spend, deepen relationships, and drive retention
  • Proven success balancing high-volume inbound response with targeted outbound prospecting and account development
  • Experience navigating multi-contact organizations and identifying opportunities within existing accounts
  • Mastery of objection handling, urgency creation, and assumptive closing across varied customer types
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack, and sales enablement tools
  • Analytical and data-driven approach using performance metrics and conversion insights
  • Ability to own end-to-end client relationships from quote generation through post-trip follow-up and repeat engagement
  • History of competitive achievement or performance-based success in athletics, startups, or other quota-driven environments
  • Ability to work remotely from an approved U.S. state or in Canada
