About the role
- Senior Director leading AI enablement and enterprise systems transformation for Cineflix, a global TV creator and distributor. Modernising systems, deploying internal LLM capabilities and driving organisation-wide adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of Cineflix’s enterprise AI agenda across corporate and operational functions
- Identify and prioritise practical AI and automation opportunities
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions and workflows
- Lead development and deployment of Cineflix-owned LLM capability for internal processes
- Establish responsible AI practices with IT, Legal, Privacy and business leaders
- Collaborate with Creative AI leadership on governance and accountability
- Develop and deliver a roadmap for modernising, connecting and consolidating core business systems
- Improve enterprise data quality, accessibility and governance
- Reduce reliance on manual processes, disconnected systems and uncontrolled spreadsheets
- Lead systems integration, automation and modernisation initiatives
- Evaluate technology partners and solutions
- Lead adoption of new systems, AI tools and redesigned processes
- Partner with business leaders and HR on communications, training and skills development
- Help teams adapt to changing roles and ways of working
- Build shared ownership, address adoption barriers, and measure implementation progress, employee adoption and business benefits
- Report to the Chief Operating Officer and partner with IT and Cineflix leaders
Requirements
- Senior experience in enterprise technology, AI enablement, business systems or digital transformation
- Demonstrated success implementing practical AI, automation and workflow solutions
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, data governance, cybersecurity and vendor management
- Ability to connect business needs with practical technology solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, change leadership and communication skills
- Collaborative, pragmatic and execution-focused leadership style
- Experience in media, entertainment, production or another project-based organisation would be an asset
