About the role

  • Business Support Analyst involved in data analysis and process improvement for the sales team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance stakeholder success.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and evaluate incoming opportunities by conducting preliminary reviews, gathering key information, and identifying gaps or potential solutions for stakeholder growth.
  • Develop and enhance reporting to track sales, margins, and program performance on weekly, monthly, annual, and ad‑hoc schedules.
  • Monitor participation in B2B programs and collaborates with the Supervisor on recommendations to improve engagement or program design.
  • Support data compilation and analysis for promotions, budgeting, and variance research.
  • Handle complex client inquiries, assists with order processing, and coordinates smooth onboarding/offboarding for B2B programs.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years' experience in a business support role assessing data and developing business insights.
  • Have a College or Technical Diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Experience in a sales environment would be an asset.
