Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in technology, automation, or digital transformation.
At least 5 years in a leadership role, with a track record of building and empowering high-performing teams.
Strong technical foundation in technologies, including RPA, Al/ML, and workflow orchestration.
Strong experience with SAP and ERP systems, including process design and optimization.
Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives in a CPG or similar environment.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
