Responsibilities
- Champion a forward-thinking enterprise strategy aligned with business priorities and supports inclusive digital transformation.
- Partner with Leadership and the executive team to evolve the roadmap and integrate emerging technologies.
- Build trusted relationships with senior functional leaders across Canada to uncover engineering/data opportunities and translate them into scalable, executable roadmaps.
- Facilitate open dialogue and shared understanding to ensure alignment and adoption of solutions.
- Guide the full lifecycle of initiatives, from ideation to delivery, ensuring transparency, accountability, risk mitigation, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish inclusive governance practices and clear success metrics to track progress and celebrate wins.
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team of managers, developers and solution architects, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and belonging.
- Inspire and engage teams by clearly communicating the vision and its benefits across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in technology, automation, or digital transformation.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role, with a track record of building and empowering high-performing teams.
- Strong technical foundation in technologies, including RPA, Al/ML, and workflow orchestration.
- Strong experience with SAP and ERP systems, including process design and optimization.
- Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives in a CPG or similar environment.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
