About the role
- Appointment Setter converting warm homeowner quote requests into confirmed appointments. Convertros supports US consumer brands through remote sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound warm leads from homeowners who requested quotes
- Call homeowners regarding windows, baths, roofs, and flooring
- Listen to homeowners and convert interest into bookings, appointments, or enrollments
- Set appointment times that work for homeowners and confirm appointments
- Work from home using the company's software and phone system
- Receive real-time coaching and own performance results
- Participate in paid training and go live on calls with a BGS lead beside you
- Have performance numbers reviewed every 90 days
- Progress toward BGS team-lead roles based on performance
Requirements
- Comfortable on the phone
- Coachable and reliable on shifts
- Ability to work full time, 40 to 45 hours per week depending on country
- Availability for shifts within the company's 120-hour weekly operating window
- Computer, headset, wired internet, and a quiet room
- Must be a referral applicant
- For US associates, ability to live in any US state
- No prior sales experience required
