About the role
- Appointment Setter calling homeowners who requested home-improvement quotes. Scheduling and confirming appointments from a fully remote, performance-based sales role.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from homeowners who requested quotes from home improvement brands
- Contact homeowners regarding windows, baths, roofs, and flooring
- Listen to prospects and schedule suitable appointments
- Confirm appointments and optimize appointment hold rates
- Work warm leads only, with no cold prospecting or purchased leads
- Own performance metrics and use real-time coaching to improve
- Work scheduled shifts between 12 PM and 12 AM EST
- Participate in paid training and live calls alongside a BGS lead during the first eight weeks
- Progress toward BGS team-lead responsibilities through performance reviews and internal promotion
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Reliable attendance on scheduled shifts
- Ability to work full-time, 40 to 45 hours per week depending on country
- Availability for shifts within the company's 120-hour operating week
- Wired internet connection
- Quiet room for working
- Computer and headset
- No prior sales experience required
- Must be located somewhere with wired internet and a quiet room
- US associates may live in any US state
